CKM-S38 Low Voltage Integrated Distribution Box Training Device
Brief introduction
The low-voltage comprehensive distribution box training device consists of an incoming unit, a metering unit, a reactive power compensation unit, and an outgoing unit. The device can meet the training needs of electric drive control, component installation, meter connection, and reactive power compensation in electrician assessment and appraisal, and can also be applied to technical training and assessment of staff in grassroots power supply stations and distribution repair centers.
2、 Functional Features
1) The structural units of the low-voltage distribution box in the rural power grid are clearly distributed, and the entire distribution box is divided into four functional units: incoming unit, capacitor unit, measurement and metering unit, and outgoing unit.
2) The capacitor unit has established a digital model of the capacitor, which can train students on the selection, installation, and replacement of capacitors in the distribution station area;
3) The measurement and metering unit can simulate common faults in the meter itself and the metering circuit;
4) The outgoing unit adopts an intelligent residual current circuit breaker, which has functions of phase loss protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, and residual current protection,
5) The device can simulate the phase loss test, overvoltage test, undervoltage test, and leakage fault of circuit breakers. The range of simulated leakage values is:0-1000mAWe can train students on the ability to troubleshoot electrical leakage faults in the substation area.
6) The fault types simulated by the device comprehensively cover various faults during the operation of the low-voltage distribution station in the rural power grid. The setting of fault points is completed by the computer, and the fault points of each module are independent of each other and can be freely set.
